He was born in Davenport, IA to Richard and Ada Owens Gall on October 5, 1958.
He was a multi-talented individual who could fix or build anything and had a wonderful sense of humor. He enjoyed woodworking, welding and was a mechanic.
He was a member of Assembly 2120 4th Degree Knight and St. Mark the Evangelist Council 7613.
He enjoyed being a part of Habitat for Humanity.
He is survived by his wife, Sherril Gail; children, Amber, Joshua, Dustin, Nicholas, Jason and Zach; grandchildren Broghan, Xiola, Sienna, and Elijah; siblings, Sheri Lynn, Fred, Lee, Jerry, Julie Ann, Jodi Lynn and James; and numerous other loving family members.
Pallbearers will be members of St. Mark the Evangelist Council 7613.
