Lorenzo Gamez Martinez was called home to be with the Lord, on August 17, 2013 at the age of 82. He is preceded in death by his parents Hilario & Maria P. Martinez and numerous brothers and sisters. Lorenzo is survived by his loving wife of 61 years of marriage, Antonia R. Martinez, his beloved children; Richard R. Martinez, Roberta Medina(Preciliano), Mary Jane Reyna(Abraham), Patricia Martinez, 14 Grandchildren, 13 Great Grandchildren, sisters Frances Mendez and Fidelia Olgin. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. Thursday, August 22, 2013 at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A procession will depart the funeral home Friday, August 23, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. mass of resurrection at San Martin De Porres Catholic Church with interment to follow at San Fernando Cemetery II.
