She was born May 11, 1930, in San Antonio, to the late Joseph and Bessie Noel.
She was a genuine San Antonio Rose who will greatly be missed by all who loved and knew her.
Loretta is lovingly survived by her husband of 26 years, Carlos Gutierrez; his children, Carlos, Jr., Leticia, Ricardo and Fernando and their families; her children, Barbara Ann McRee and Colleen Ellis and husband, Jerry; grandchildren, J. Nicholas McRee and wife, Laurie, Charlie McRee and wife, Laurie, Noel Garrett and husband, Judd, Nicole Thompson and husband, Danny, Naelyn Gamel and husband, Lee and Neal Ellis; great-grandchildren, Margot Sofia McRee and Sloan Oliver Garrett; brother, Donald Leon Noel.
