Lorilee Wade Spoon, age 52, of San Antonio, went to rest in the arms of her Savior on Thursday, February 7, 2008.
She loved being a mother and raising her children. Lorilee loved Bible studies, scrapbooking and baking. She volunteered for numerous organizations in AR, MT, Guam and Bogota, Colombia and also at the Powless House at Fort Sam.
She enjoyed baking cookies for the Marine guards at the U.S. Embassy in Bogota, Colombia. She was a long time member of Bible Study Fellowship International. Lorilee was a great prayer warrior for her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Roy Wade. Lorilee is survived by her loving husband of 28 years, S. David Spoon; daughter, Kara L. Spoon; son, Nathan D. Spoon; mother, Marian Wade; sisters, Gale Schuckman, Kimberlee Kuehn, Royxann Trimaine and Marilee Ward; brother, Roy Wade, Jr; and numerous nieces and nephews.
