Louis Lopez Huron

Louis was a man of Faith and lived life to the fullest. He was a furniture upholsterer by trade and owned his own business for over 40 years. His passions in life were going to Rockport Texas every chance he could, fishing, canoeing, sitting on his deck overlooking the ocean bay and sipping coffee with his beloved wife. His trips to Las Vegas NV and Wendover NV are where he most enjoyed to gamble. He loved to get in the car and go for long drives to the hill country.

Louis is survived by his wife of 63 years, Alicia Huron, his son David Louis Huron, daughters- Cynthia Castillo (husband, Richard Castillo), Linda Chavez (husband, Jesse Chavez) and Sandra Huron.

Grandchildren: Erica Gonzalez, Kristie Castillo, David Jason Huron, Cathryn De Leon, Allison Chavez, Angelica Chavez, Annali Chavez, Raymond Anthony Montemayor Jr. and 8 great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by his daughter-in-law Cathy Huron, his parents and brothers and sisters.

The Family would like to express our deepest gratitude to the wonderful care given to our Father by Embrace Hospice and his beautiful grand-daughter Angelica Chavez.

Services will be held Monday, March 19th at St. Leonard’s Catholic Church, 8510 S. Zarzamora St., San Antonio, Texas. Viewing 10:30 A.M., Rosary at 11:30 A.M., Mass at 12:00 P.M. Burial to follow Sunset Memorial Park, 1701 Austin Hwy, San Antonio Texas.
