He was preceded in death by his first wife, Dora E. Reina and his sister, Esperanza Benavides.
Louis is survived by his wife, Aurora T. Reina; sons, Henry Reina and Reynaldo Reina; sisters, Dora Carvajal, Consuelo Garcia and Beatrice Saxon; brother, Fred Reina and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other loving family. Louis was a proud Marine and served during the Korean War.
He retired from the San Antonio Police Department after 26 years of service, then served as a Bexar Co. Deputy Sheriff for many years.
