Lucille was born on August 5, 1934 in Nashua, NH to her parents Angelina and Emile Bousquet. She studied at Boston College in Massachusetts, where she met her husband, Samuel McBroom. The couple was married in 1953 and moved to Texas, where they made San Antonio home for their daughter, Joyce and two sons, Tracy and Todd.
She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 62 years, Sam; her daughter, Joyce; her son, Tracy and daughter-in-law, Carol; her son, Todd and daughter-in-law, Camelia; six grandchildren, Jennifer, Max, Sam, Abby, Sydney, and Alexis; and great grandson, Ethan.
Visitation will begin at 6 pm, May 25, 2015 at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with a Rosary to follow at 7 pm. Funeral Service will be 9:30 am, Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at a later date. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Lucille’s Life.
