Lucille M. Pinson passed away peacefully on January 9, 2013 at the age of 88 years. She was born on November 29, 1924 in San Antonio, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Anton and Clara Ruempel, husband, K.G. “Buddy” Pinson, son, Kenny Pinson and sister, Margie Hutchings. She is survived by her son, Donald L. Pinson and wife Linda; daughter, Linda Jones and husband Jimmy; grandchildren, Justin Jones and wife Angela, Kristen Olfers and husband Randy, Donny Pinson and wife Melissa, Jesse Pinson; great-grandchildren Briggs Jones, Urban Jones, Nixon Olfers and Sabine Pinson. Visitation will be Sunday, January 13, 2013 at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home on Bandera road from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. A funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Monday, January 14, 2013 at Zion Lutheran Church, 9944 Leslie Rd at Braun and Loop 1604, with Rev. David Schulte officiating. Interment will follow at Zion Lutheran Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Zion Lutheran Church of Helotes.
