Lucio P. Zambrana , a beloved husband, father, brother and grandfather, dedicated over 15 years of his life as a master seamster and entrepreneur. Lucio was born in Cochabamba, Bolivia. He moved to the United States at the age of 33 years old where he resided in various cities from Los Angeles, Monte Rey Park, Santa Ana, Tustin, California, Phoenix, Arizona and El Paso, Texas. His last years were spent living in San Antonio, Texas.
Lucio is survived by his spouse Marina Zambrana Garcia, sons, Juan Diego Garcia, Omar Zambrana and wife Melanie, Edgar Zambrana and daughter Keren Zambrana; his adoring grandchildren Nathan Zambrana and Linda Zambrana; Brother, Jose Zambrana and sister Luz Marina Zambrana.
Preceded in death by his parents, Emeterio Zambrana and Dolores Perez Zambrana and his beloved brothers Walter Zambrana and German Zambrana.
Lucio was born on April 22, 1942 to Emeterio Zambrana and Dolores Perez Zambrana. Lucio went to be with the Lord on January 21, 2021. Lucio and Marina shared 41 years of marriage together. Lucio was a selfless man and was always about helping his family. He was a great cook, especially his authentic Bolivian dishes. He enjoyed spending his past time gardening, thrifting, catching up on current Bolivian news, along with taking trips to the casino. His sense of humor and giving spirit will be something he is remembered by. Lucio, was a family man, his love for his children was evident by his warm and caring ways. His wisdom was cherished by his son Omar.
His sweet and tender embrace for his only daughter, Keren will remain in her heart always. Lucio’s fascination and love for technology was passed on to his youngest son Edgar. His times spent together with his son, Juan at the casinos will always be a sweet memory. He will be deeply missed by his friends, family, and all who knew him.
Services will be held at Funeraria del Angel – Visitation, Friday, February 5th, 5pm-7pm, Prayer service from 7pm-8pm. Flowers and condolences may be offered at 2525 Palo Alto Rd., San Antonio, TX 78211.

Lucio nació el 22 de abril de 1942 de Emeterio Zambrana y Dolores
Pérez Zambrana. Lucio fue a estar con el Señor el 21 de enero de
2021.Lucio y Marina compartieron 41 años de matrimonio juntos. Lucio
era un hombre desinteresado y siempre se proponía ayudar a su familia.
Fue un gran cocinero, especialmente sus auténticos platos bolivianos.
Disfrutó de pasar su tiempo libre trabajando en el jardín, en la tiends de
segunda, poniéndose al día con las noticias bolivianas actuales, además
de hacer viajes al casino. Su sentido del humor y su espíritu generoso
serán algo que lo recordará. Lucio, era un hombre de familia, su amor
por sus hijos era evidente por sus maneras cariñosas. Su hijo Omar
apreciaba su sabiduría. Su dulce y tierno abrazo por su única hija, Keren
permanecerá en su corazón para siempre. La fascinación y el
amor de Lucio por la tecnología se transmitieron a su hijo menor, Edgar.
El tiempo que pasó junto a su hijo Juan en los casinos siempre será un
dulce recuerdo. Sus amigos, familiares y todos los que lo conocieron lo
extrañarán profundamente.
Los servicios se llevarán a cabo en Funeraria del Angel – Visitación,
Viernes, 5 de Febrero, de 5pm a 7pm, Servicio de Oración de 7pm a
8pm. Se pueden ofrecer flores y condolencias en 2525 Palo Alto Rd.,
