Lucia S. Hernandez went to be with the Lord, September 24, 2011 at the age of 64. She is preceded in death by her mother Carmen Munguia; father George V. Sanchez and sister Maria Martha Hernandez. Mrs. Hernandez is survived by her son John Richard Hernandez, Jr. and his wife Lorena; Daughter Pamela Hernandez; grandchildren John Richard Hernandez III, Stephanie Ann Hernandez, Joseph Michael Hernandez, Erik Jesse Hernandez; great grandchild Jaelyn Jade Hernandez; brothers Gilbert Sanchez and Alex Sanchez. A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, September 27, 2011, 5:00 p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd. with a Prayer Service to held at 7:00 p.m. that same evening.
