Luis Miguel Rodriguez Sr., age 33, passed away on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, in San Antonio, Texas. Luis was born on May 18, 1990, in San Antonio, Texas, to parents Serafin & Rosemary Rodriguez. Luis was a devoted family man, hard worker that wasn't afraid of any challenge. His joy in life was his children, and his goal was to succeed at being the best version of himself. He loved fishing, BBQing, attending family gatherings plus building memories with his 3 boys. Luis’s memory is an inspiration and one we are proud of.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Maria Angel Herrera; grandmother, Maria Coronado; grandfather, Narcissio Coronado; niece, Angel; Uncle Boy; grandfather, Raul Lira; Uncle Ramon Lira; and nephew, Calvin Kosar. Luis is survived by his parents, Serafin and Rosemary Rodriguez, second mom Ana Lira-Rodriguez; mother of his children, Stephanie Cervantes; sons, Luis Miguel Rodriguez Jr., Leo Elias Rodriguez, Lukas Ryan Rodriguez; brother, Jimmy Rodriguez (Jennifer); sisters, Crystal Perez (Mark), Sabrina Rodriguez; brothers, Adrian Serafin Rodriguez, Juan Jesus Ortega (Nancy) Jorge Acosta, Sergio Acosta (Victoria), and Faustino Esquivel..

The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm on October 6, 2023, at Porter Loring Mortuary. Friends are welcome to arrive at 10:00AM on Saturday, October 7, 2023 at Porter Loring Mortuary for a visitation prior to the procession to Sunset Memorial Park.
