Lupe Leal, age 66, of San Antonio, died Monday, December 10, 2001. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister. Survivors include: wife of 43 years, Dianna Dee Leal; nephews, George A. De La Rosa and Mark A. De La Rosa; siblings, Dolores Arias, Marcelino G. Leal, Jr., Joe Leal, Ralph Leal, Rosemary Ramsay, all of San Antonio and Alice Rosas, Houston, Texas; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Interment in San Fernando Cemetery #2. Lupe was a loving husband, a generous brother and uncle and a beautiful example of a human-being. His memory will forever be in our hearts. To say that he will be deeply missed is an understatement. Dee would especially like to thank their friend, Guy Glen McMeans for his loving care and devotion shown to Lupe during his illness. To their family and friends for their countless prayers, cards and over-whelming support. To his employer, Mr. Bob Woolum Transco Construction Company for his loving friendship and generosity. Her thanks and appreciation also to the nursing staff at CTRC, Dr. Drengler and Hospice Home Care.
