Lupe Proctor, age 86, passed away July 12, 2020 in San Antonio, Texas. She was born in Falls City, Texas on December 12, 1933 to Justo and Amelia Garza. She is preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Proctor Jr., daughters, Gloria Proctor and Debra Smith. Lupe is survived by her children, Steve Proctor, Sylvia Adams and husband Terry; grandchildren, Jessica Smith, Thomas Smith and wife Kathleen, Katelyn Smith,

Phillip Smith, Greg Adams and wife Grace, Bradley Adams and wife Alyssa, Kevin Adams and wife Kelsea, Jacob Adams and wife Lindsey; great grandchildren, Jackson Adams, Charlotte Adams, Jameson Adams, Teddy Smith and Eleanor Adams; brother, Justo Garza Jr. and wife Isabel; sister, Margie Garcia and husband Benny. Visitation will be on Thursday, July 16, 2020 at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home, 6321 Bandera Road, 78238 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
