Lutretia “Pat” Reynolds, age 86, passed away on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at her home in San Antonio, Texas. She was born September 8, 1934 in Ardmore, Oklahoma. Pat was involved in many organizations during her life. She loved traveling, gardening, reading and doing the Sunday crossword puzzle with her husband. She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Dr. Thomas Reynolds. Pat is survived by her children, John and Susan Reynolds; grandchildren, Ashley Reynolds and Allison Beal; great-grandchild, Brooks Beal; brother, Wyman Pylant; sister, Gloria Clowes; and furry companion, Hattie; as well as many beloved friends, to whom she meant so much, all around the country. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to many and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Pat’s family will gather at a later date for a private ceremony to celebrate her wonderful life.
