Family, ALL the family I am so very sorry for your loss. I never read the Mercy High magazine, and I don't know why I just did, but I did. I am an old girlfriend of Marc's and an old best friend of Renee's. Old is an understatement. The Bouscal family basically kept me sane during my high school years. Marc and I dated for a time he took me to my Junior prom - he was so much fun and a very special person. His little sports cars and his big other cars, what a trip. If you want me to try and find photos, I will.. I am just so, so sorry.

Marc was our Schein Representative for many, many years here at Dr. Wm Furst's office. He always came into the office with a big smile and was very helpful and friendly - he would often speak lovingly of his family. We will miss Marc very much - we were blessed to have known him. He was so strong and giving of himself to his work and family ... it will not be the same without him being part of our "working" family. You now have an angel. While I only had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Bouscal once, it was obvious from my encounter with him that he was a man full of love and faith. From my conversations with Christopher, I got to know his father and must say that while he will be missed severely, he is not gone. He lives on in the hearts of many people--family and friends alike. Yesterday at the viewing I saw people celebrating his life and my heart rejoiced that he is remembered in such a way. 
I wrote a poem in memory of Mr. Bouscal, inspired by a combination of happiness and heartache that I witnessed yesterday. I think if Mr. Bouscal was with us today, he might say something of this nature. Tell Them Good morning beautiful, wondrous sun. 
How did you know my time has come? 
I am with God in heaven now. 
I look down from here at you and vow 
That as you shine down upon my family, 
I too shall watch upon them steadily. 
Tell them that I love them so 
And that I'm sorry I had to go. 
Tell them that I'm no longer in pain 
And that I will see them soon again. 
Thank all my friends for keeping in touch 
And let them know how very much 
I appreciate the time they gave 
To be with me and the love they saved 
For my son and amazing wife 
Who gave me such a wonderful life.

Dear Elena and Christopher, I was shocked to learn of Marc's passing. He was my salesman and I was always glad to see and visit with him. You could ask Marc anything about any dental product and he had the answer 99% of the time. He had a remarkable mind and memory. He was so proud of you both! He showed me his house plans which I greatly enjoyed. Marc is definitely one of the best salesman I have had the pleasure of knowing during my 34 years of practice. I will miss him, his big smile, and his exuberant personality. I pray that the memories of the good and fun times spent with him will help your hearts to heal in the weeks and months ahead. There are so many words that come to my mind to describe what type of person Marc was but one stands out and that would be that he was Amazing!! I had the pleasure of meeting Marc when I worked as a dental assistant. He was our dental product consultant and he eventually became my friend. I would look forward to our monthly lunches. Our favorite place to go was El Jarro. Even though we both walked out of there not feeling the greatest, Marc drenched in sweat because of the hot jalapenos and me with heartburn because of my enchiladas and onions, we always referred to it as a great lunch. It wasn't the food that was the greatest it was our conversation and just spending time with my friend. I could go on with my memories of Marc, there are so many. I was blessed to have met him and call Marc Bouscal, my friend. May God Bless his family....and Christopher you should know he always spoke about you.

My heart goes out to the family of this very sweet guy. I remember the 1st time I met him. I was a very young dental asst.and he made me feel like I made a great choice in choosing to be a part of the San Antonio Dental Comm.
