Marcelina Trujillo Gomez was called home to be with the lord on May 20, 2015 at the age of 86. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband: Juan R. Gomez of 32 years, 2 Sons: Juan T. Gomez Jr. and Roger T. Gomez, 4 sisters: Maria del Refugio Borrego, Maria Serna, Esther Garcia, Margarita Sauceda; and 2 brothers: Gilberto Trujillo and Juan Manuel Trujillo. She is survived by 3 sons: Hector T. Gomez, Rene T. (Maricel) Gomez, Ralph T. Gomez, 3 Sisters: Janie Barrientos, Dolores Gonzales, and Isabel Reyes; 5 Grandchildren: Jessica Gomez, Richard Carrera, Juan Roger (JR) Gomez, Cassandra Gomez, and Celynna Cantu; 2 Great-Grandchildren: Mia and Lea Carrera. A visitation will begin on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd., 5:00 PM with a Rosary service to be recited at 7:00 PM that same evening. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home on Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at 8:00AM for a 8:30AM MASS to be celebrated at St. Timothy’s Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
