Marcelle Le Frank Ulmer was born on April 9, 1913 and died March 25, 2011 in Houston, Texas with her daughter and her grandson, Paul, by her bedside. She was preceded in death by her parents, Camille and Charles Paul Le Frank; sister, Louise Henry; husband of 65 years, Lucien Ulmer; son, Barton Ulmer; son-in-law, Hugh Tullos, and grandson, Lucien Tullos. She is survived by her daughter, Gaye Tullos of Houston; daughter-in-law, Pat Ulmer; grandchildren, Paul Tullos and wife Eve; Hugh Tullos III and wife Robbie of Oklahoma City; Sally McDonald and husband Steve; Susie Smith and husband Jeff of Houston; and Holly Stevens of Allen, Texas; great-grandchildren, Hugh IV and Catherine Tullos of Arlington, VA; Jenna and Zack McDonald; and Samantha and Ryan Smith of Houston.
A graveside service will be Wednesday, March 30 at 11 AM at Sunset Memorial Park.
