Margaret "Jeanie" Evans, beloved wife, mother, sister and loving aunt, passed away after a tragic automobile accident on 16 March 2002. Born on 5 September 1951, to the late Joseph and Thelma Cox. Jeanie is survived by her husband Rick, her son, Richard Alan II; twin sister, Jodi Hicks and brother, Dale Frost. Our Jeanie will be missed by numerous extended family and countless friends. She was a Federal employee for more than 32 years and was looking forward to retirement. She held numerous positions at Randolph AFB and also worked at Laughlin, Selfridge, and Eglin AFB's, the FAA, Army Audit Agency, the US Attorney Office and most currently the US District Court. Jeanie knew no stranger, constantly helped others and dedicated her life to her family and friends. Jeanie will be remembered as a rare jewel, unlike any other, never forgotten.
