Margaret Jo Krueger

Margaret Jo “Josie” Krueger passed away on Wednesday, July 6, 2021 in San Antonio, Texas. Josie was born on June 12, 1929 in San Antonio, to Ray and Carmen Samuels. She met her husband, Roland, at SMU, where she was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta sorority. They moved back to San Antonio shortly after they were married. She taught English as a Second Language for many years, and loved to travel as much and as often as she could. She loved attending the Opera and Symphony, and was very active as a Sunday School Teacher and Moderator at First Presbyterian Church.

Josie was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Roland E. Krueger. She is survived by her son, Kenneth Krueger, D.D.S., and wife Pat; daughter, Helen Krueger MacMillan and husband Doug; grandchildren, Kathleen Krueger Turner (Nick), Campbell Krueger, Laura Margaret Krueger (Kristofer Rhude), Grace MacMillan and Dukehart MacMillan.
