Educated in Ontario, she lived in Montreal and Toronto before moving to San Antonio with her husband and three young children, where she had her fourth child, and lived as a wife and mother all her life.
She was a music lover, played the piano and loved to draw.
She is survived by: her son, Michael Lyons, wife, Stephanie and grandson, William; her daughter, Barbara Biasiolli, husband, Charles and grandsons, John and Mark; and her son, Thomas Lyons, wife, Becky, grandsons, Luke and Tucker. She is also survived by her brother, Donald McDougall; and sister, Jean McKerral; and several nieces and nephews.
