She was born December 26, 1924 in Gonzales, Texas to the late Reinhold and Freida Haussecker.
On August 16, 1946 Margaret married the absolute love of her life William H. Tuch. Shortly after getting married they moved to San Antonio there they raised their two son’s William H. Tuch Jr., and Bobby J. Tuch. They were married for 36 years.
A gifted seamstress she made the most beautiful clothing. She loved to sew, and embroidery making the most special gifts for her family. Baking was another of her special talents as she made fresh pies almost daily. She had a green thumb and treasured her roses spending hours tending to her flower beds and yard. She also loved her Spurs! However, her greatest pleasure was spending time with her family. The devotion and love she shared with her family was second to none.
Faith was a large part of her life. She joined Epworth Methodist Church on June 6, 1956 and remained a member until the date of her passing. She and the boys were there faithfully every Sunday morning. She spent many hours helping to prepare potluck lunches, and serving in the kitchen when it was needed.
She is preceded in death by her husband, William H. Tuch Sr.; father, Reinhold Haussecker; mother Freida Haussecker; son, Bobby Tuch; brothers, Benjamin, Joseph, and Samuel Haussecker; sisters, Elsie Haussecker, Emma Schurig, Anna Lindemann, and Vera Haussecker; and daughter-in-law, Sharon Tuch.
She is survived by son, William H. Tuch Jr.; Grandchildren, Heather Adams and husband Jason; Shannon Terrill and husband Craig; Tasha Tuch; Great-Grandchildren, Randee and Toriee Terrill, Jaden and Addison Adams, and Aubree Sanchez. Numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
A visitation will be held at Sunset Memorial Park and Funeral Home 1701 Austin Hwy, San Antonio, TX 78218 on Friday, March 12, 2021 from 6-8pm. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 13, 2021 at 11am. The burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
