She is preceded in death by her parents, Manuel and Manuela Ayala and husband, Simon J. Moreno, brother, Alfredo Ayala and sister, Victoria Speegle.

She is survived by her children, Jesus Moreno (Dorothy) and Manuela Barrientoz (+ Gilbert); grandchildren, Jesse Moreno, Jr., Luis Rene Moreno, Marisela Perez (+ Pete) and Andrew Barrientoz (Angelica); great grandchildren, Jesse Moreno III, Mark Anthony Moreno, Daniel Moreno, Maya Renee Moreno, Hector Bazan, Jr. (Andrea), Priscilla Perez, Melanie Perez, Andrew Barrientoz JR, Adrian Barrientoz and great great grandchildren, Gilbert Zeno Bazan, Amelia Rose Moreno, Jesus Moreno IV and Penelope Riley Moreno.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, April 11, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a prayer service to be held at 7:00 p.m. On Monday, April 12, 2021 a committal service will be held at 10:00 a.m. at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
