Margie Ann Wagner

Margie Ann Wagner, born May 6, 1924 in Somerset, Texas, died May 16, 2010 in San Antonio, Texas.

She was the daughter of George Robert Thomson and Ozell Pugh Doremus, growing up in San Antonio, Texas.

She married James Lawrence Wagner on June 26, 1948 in Kerrville, Texas. They shared over 53 years together before he died on August 16, 2001 in San Antonio.

She is survived by her two daughters, Laurel Ann Wagner McCurdy and Carol Wagner Hitchler; sons-in-law, Si Marion Wallace McCurdy, Jr. and Edward John Hitchler; grandchildren are Daphne Ann Lide McCurdy Jaklitsch and Raymond Fred Jaklitsch, Si Marion Wallace McCurdy, III and Grace Liu McCurdy, Andrew Wagner McCurdy, Charity Ayers McCurdy, Jamie Rose Hitchler, Stephanie Ann Hitchler, and Edward Wagner Hitchler; great grandchildren, Paitlyn Laurel and Porter Austin McCurdy. She is also survived by three nieces, Frances Hoffman McDougall, June Libby Allen, and Francie Libby Dodson.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, May 19, 2010 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Porter Loring.
