Maria Guadalupe Cavazos Born November 23, 1928 went to be with the Lord August 20, 2018. Mrs. Cavazos is preceded in death by her beloved husband Antonio Cavazos Sr. Parents; Alfonzo and Felipa De La Paz, Brothers; Alfonso De La Paz Jr. , Jesse De La Paz, John Richard De La Paz, Sons; Antonio Cavazos Jr., Mark Anthony Cavazos. Mrs. Cavazos is survived by her lovely daughter; Sylvia Cavazos Ernest, Son; Joe John Cavazos, Grandsons; Roy Smith, Troy Cavazos. Granddaughter; Celina Cavazos. Sisters; Amelia Villarreal, Rosa Rodriguez. Maria enjoyed spending her time sewing and getting together with her prayer group, cooking for her beautiful grandchildren. Visitation will be held at 5:00pm August 23, 2018 at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral home 226 Cupples Rd San Antonio, Texas 78237 with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm. A Liturgy of the word with a communion will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church at 10:00 am followed by an interment at San Fernando II Cemetery.
