Miss Maria Remedios Colin-Colin died on September 28, 2016 in San Antonio, Texas. Remedios was born on September 1, 1948 in San Augustin Potege, Almoloya de Juarez, State of Mexico, Mexico. Her parents were Ysaac and Maria Piedad Colin.
She is survived by her long time "adopted" Rangel family, and she will be buried in the Rangel family plot. Prior to her death, Maria Remedios was given the anointing which put her in a State of Grace and she was ready to meet her Lord. Reverend Michel Bineen, we thank you for that gift.
She was an active member of the Confraternity of Our Lady of Guadalupe. She adored and venerated her heavenly Mother. Remedios was a very respectful, kind, loving, cheerful person to all those she met. Maria Remedios was very proud of her Mexican heritage and United States Citizenship that was granted to her on November 20, 2012.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 from 6:00pm – 9:00 pm at Porter Loring on McCullough Avenue.
