Maria Werner Hancock, age 97, passed away on Saturday, October 28, 2023. Maria was born in Schwarzenbach, Czechoslovakia to Anton and Maria Werner. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Dexter Hancock. Maria is survived by her son Randal Hancock and his wife, Nita; son Ronald Scott Hancock; grandchildren Sabrina Leuthold, Brooke Koscove, Kristina Emerson, Daren Daniels Jr, Michael Hancock, Kaytlyn Hancock and Aaron Hancock; as well as a number of great grandchildren. She had a servant’s heart that was evident in the way she loved and fed her family and friends and how she served this country as an Army spouse.
