Maria Luisa Quevedo Luna went to be with the Lord on January 1, 2015 at the age of 87. She was preceded in death by her husband Guadalupe G. Luna, son Fernando Luna, parents Leonardo & Natividad Quevedo, and brother David Quevedo. She is survived by her loving children: Jose Trujillo (Gloria+), Mary Thompson (Ernest), Ruben Trujillo (Rosie), Rosalinda Garcia (Servando), Armando Luna, Olga Luna (daughter-in-law), Juanita Medellin (Jacob), and Alicia Luna; 17 Grandchildren, 22 Great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation will take place from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday January 7, 2015 at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd., with a 5:30 p.m. Rosary and 7 p.m. Prayer Service that same evening. A Funeral Procession will depart the funeral home at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday January 8, 2015 for a 10:00 a.m. Funeral Service at Northside Community Church, 1407 West Avenue, with interment to follow at Chapel Hill Burial Park.
