Hello. You may remember me as "TV" from so many years ago. I can still remember walking to Hawthorne Jr. High in the mornings and playing together while the adults played baseball. I now live in Dallas and wanted to send my condolences and best wishes for the family. You are all in my thoughts and prayers ... along with some long-ago memories that still make me smile. It was always a pleasure to see Mrs. Moreno when I visit my mother at Stone Oak Care Center. Since "las dos Marias" shared a room, I enjoyed meeting and talking with several of Mrs. Moreno's relatives. I was always touched by the deep love and devotion they had for Mrs. Moreno. My heart breaks for her family as they will miss her dearly. May God bring you comfort during these sad days. He has welcomed her Home into His loving arms.
