Maria Teresa Nguyen Thi My, age 86, passed away on August 4, 2016 in Austin,Tx. She was born April 14th, 1930 in Bac Ninh Province, North of Viet Nam. She was the youngest one of a family of 13 brothers and sisters.
Her parents passed away when she was very young. She married when she was 17 years old and had her first child in 1949. Her family moved to the south of Vietnam in 1954 and resided in San Antonio, TX in 1975.
Her husband was a retired Major from RVN, who passed away on May 30, 2010, at the age of 91. She is survived by her son Tien Pham, daughter, Mai Loan Vu, son, Tuyen Pham, daughter, Mai Phuong Pham, daughter, Mai Huong Stallsworth, son, Tuan Pham, daughter Mai Ly Carney, son, Tam Pham, son, Thang Pham, and also 25 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. on Monday, August 8 at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
