Maria A. Trevino

Maria was born on August 2, 1934 and grew up in Laredo Texas with her 12 siblings. She met her loving husband Julio Trevino, with whom she raised a family in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Maria spent over 20 years as a nurse at Whitehall Nursing Home where she was cherished by patients and staff. In 1995 they moved to San Antonio, Texas to be closer to family. Maria loved the Lord and was an active and dedicated member of the St. Helena Catholic parish where she served as a Guadalupana. She served as a volunteer to many area hospitals and helped many to continue practicing their faith.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband Julio Trevino. She is survived by her children John Trevino, David Trevino, Veronica Kelley and Elizabeth Hamidi; her grandchildren Mark Trevino, Alexander Hamidi, Ashley Trevino, Sophia Trevino and Neil Trevino.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, on Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
