Marilla, age 75, went to be with the Lord on August 11, 2012. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, John and Karen, and three grandchildren, Lauren, Garrett, and Ross. She is preceded in death by her daughter Diane.
Marilla was a strong, amazing woman who overcame numerous obstacles. Her children and grandchildren were always first and foremost in her life. She raised her granddaughter, Lauren, on her own with love, and in turn received many blessings. Marilla is our hero and is greatly missed.
The family would like to acknowledge the tremendous support given over the years by the Kotzur, Fuller and Tellez families and by the Castle Hills First Baptist School.
