Mario Blas Chavez, born on July 12, 1948 went to be with our Lord on October 10, 2020 at the age of 72.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Roberto V. and Cecilia Chavez; brother, Robert J. Chavez.

Mr. Chavez is survived by his siblings, Marie Delgado (Frank), Carmen Garcia (Pete), John Chavez (Susan), Rene Chavez (Tammy), Norma Gonzales (Alfred), Blanca Chavez (Manuel), Frances Chavez, Eugene Chavez (Mary Ann), Anna Mosqueda (Tony); numerous nieces and nephews; numerous great nieces and great nephews; and his family at the G.I. Forum. He will dearly be missed by family and friends who loved him.

The visitation will be held Thursday, October 29, 2020 at 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM. A chapel service will be held Friday, October 30, 2020 at 10:00 AM with Interment to follow at San Fernando III Cemetery.
