Mario N. Del Popolo Jr.

Mario was born in Ambler to Mario & Sarah Del Popolo on Dec 2nd, 1941. He married Patricia A. Giordani of Ambler on February 16th, 1963 at Saint Joseph’s Parish. He graduated from Ambler High School. He worked as a machinist for Moore Products for more than 20 years.

Mario is preceded in death by his mother, father, and wife Patricia.

Mario is survived by oldest son Thomas Del Popolo- Fore, Husband Todd Fore of Arlington, VA, youngest son Christopher Del Popolo, Wife Robin Del Popolo of Mesa, AZ. Brothers Vito and Thomas Del Popolo, Sister Maryann Welch. Grandchildren Robert Del Popolo and wife Melissa, Samantha Risner and husband Kevin, and Alexis Del Popolo. Great Grandchildren Tristan, Aidan and Jeslynn Risner.

Visitation will be 3pm-4pm Saturday July 1st, 2023 at Sunset Memorial Park & Funeral Home, Austin Highway.

In Lieu of flowers, donations may be given to Klarus Hospice. The family wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Klarus Hospice, AA Care service, and Brookdale Adult Senior Living center for their support and care.
