Mark Joseph Catalani

Mark Joseph Catalani passed peacefully with his daughters by his side on December 7, 2024. He was born in San Antonio, TX on January 20, 1958, to Frank A. Catalani Sr. and Anne R. Catalani, PhD. He was a proud graduate of Churchill High School 1976 and attended San Antonio College.

Mark was a devoted father, adventurous spirit, and a hardworking man, dedicating more than 30 years with the family business, B. Catalani Produce. He approached each experience with a joyous heart – from riding Harleys, hunting in South Texas, scuba diving the world, snow and water skiing, to family Disney vacations.

Mark’s life was defined by laughter, adventure, and a deep love for his family. He will be profoundly missed by his daughters, Kristen Small and her husband Josh, and Amy Holcomb and her husband Brandon; grandchildren Gatlin, Lola, and Bennett; and his siblings Blas Catalani II (Georgann), Steve Catalani (Kelly), Alan Catalani (Carrie), Anne Catalani (John). He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Anne, and brothers Dan Catalani, Frank Catalani, and Paul Catalani.
