Mark Sideman

Mark was born on August 16, 1941 at the Nix Hospital in San Antonio, Texas to Doris Wise Sideman and Julius Sideman. He graduated from Alamo Heights High School in the class of 1959. He attended the University of Texas at Austin for undergraduate studies and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas on May 29, 1966. He married Susan Domke on September 8, 1968. He worked as an Attorney at Law in San Antonio for 55 years until shortly before his death.

Mark was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He loved people and never met a stranger. He filled our lives with humor and will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his wife, Susan Sideman; son, Matthew Sideman and his wife, Diana Sideman and their children, Michael and Faith Sideman; daughter, Caroline Meador and her husband, Orvis Meador and their chidren, Jack, Henry, and Vivi Meador; and brother, Marshall Sideman.
