Mark L. Snyder, 83, passed away April 26, 2014 in San Antonio, TX. He was born on September 29, 1930 in York, PA to Ervin and Grace Snyder. Mark worked for Qantas, Pan American and Eastern Airlines during his career. Mr. Snyder served his country during the Korean War with the U.S. Marine Corps. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother and friend who will be dearly missed.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Hilda Snyder; daughter, Nadine Shiroma and husband Dennis; son, Eric Snyder and partner Edward Marley; son, Brent Snyder and wife Julie; daughter, Shauna Choi and husband James; 9 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; 2 brothers, James Snyder and Randy Snyder and sister, Vivian Solusod; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
The Memorial Service will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, May 3, 2014 at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel.
