He was born in Fort Worth, TX on November 22, 1962.
Mark is survived by his father, Dan M. Westmoreland and his wife, Cookie; mother, Sandra Friend of Marathon, FL; sister, Dana Westmoreland of Oakland, CA; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Mark was disabled for a good part of his life and he never let his disabilities interfere with his love of life and family. His shining personality will be missed by all who knew him.
The family would like to express their gratitude for the care and support received from the staff and management of The South Texas Assisted Living Facility of San Antonio.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. followed by Words of Remembrance till 8:00 p.m. on Monday, February 17, 2014 at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
