He was a distinguished Veteran of WWII, Korean War and Vietnam. Col.
Allen was preceded in death by grandson, Brett S. Allen.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 68 years, Beverly L. Allen; sons, Jeffrey M. Allen and Michael C. Allen; grandsons, Sean M. Allen, Scott C. Allen and Lucas B. Allen; great-grandchildren, Garrett K. Allen, Conner R. Allen, Kylie M. Allen, Ashley S. Allen and Caden G. Allen; daughters-in-law, Linda B. Allen and Julie P. Allen; and sister, Charlotte Allen Cook.
