She is preceded in death by her parents Jesus & Concepcion Obledo, husband Sebastian Jesus Gámez, daughter in law Evangelina Gámez, son in law, Rolando Morales, grandson Javiel Gámez, great grandson Raymond Ramos Jr.

Brothers, Armando Obledo, Homer Obledo, Jesse Obledo, Mario Obledo, Mike Obledo, and Oscar Obledo. Sisters, Amelia Martinez, Godeleva Roth, Ofelia Rodriguez and Olga Flores.

She is survived by her sister Imelda O De Leon, children, Debra J Gámez Morales, Lorraine O Jimenez, & Jesse O Gámez Jr. (Sandra)

Her companion, Hiram Garcia.

Grandchildren, Roxanne (Raymond), Debra Marissa(Fred), Kimberly (Randy), Robert (Andrea) and Jessica (Manuel).

Great grandchildren, Samantha Amelia Ramos, Miranda Marie Ramos, Raymond Ramos III, Isaac Ramos, Angel Ray Ramos, Federico J Sanchez IV, Rolando Mateo Sanchez, Luis Sebastian Sanchez, Sophia M Sanchez, Havyn N. Ayala, Dayvin Maddox Marquez, Gavin Mason Marquez, Nathan Gamez, Evangelina Gamez, Jazabell Gamez and 4 great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

She was always ready to get out and about. She loved her family. Her grandchildren have many fond memories of their childhood with her. She may not have always been a traditional grandma but she was exactly what they needed. She was there for her family when they needed her the most.

She enjoyed being with her 2nd family at the Westside YMCA where she spent so much of her time during the last 20 or so years. In the last few years as programming waned they continued to get together when they could. For many years she and Hiram were Santa and Mrs. Claus for the neighborhood families of the Y, where she welcomed each family with open arms.

The family is grateful for the loving care she received from the Hospice Team at Health Texas Care Solutions, Monique, Maribel, James, Bradley, Brenda, Joyce and Christian. You made her final days comfortable. Many thanks to each of you.
