Martha Jean Parsons

Martha was born in San Antonio on November 8, 1943, to parents, Jack and Hazel Burks. She retired from Southwestern Bell Telephone Company. After retiring from Southwestern Bell she sold Mary Kay Cosmetics.

Martha loved Her Lord and Savior and loved going on retreats. She loved her time with her children and grandchildren, especially at family barbeques and reunions. She also loved cruises and going to the beach.

Martha was preceded in death by, husband, Dale Parsons; parents, Jack and Hazel Burks; and granddaughter, Callie Jo Horner. She is survived by her son, Hoytt Parsons; daughter, Gina Parsons and husband, Gilbert Sanchez, daughter, Tina Stone and husband, Michael, son, Jeffrey Parsons and companion, Amanda Rubio, twin sister, Louise Frizzell, half sister, Carla Hoppe, half brother, Marty Burks; six grandchildren; Brandi, Dallas, Kaeleigh, Alexei, Chelsea, Kyle, and Brenton; and great-grandson, Hunter. Also surviving are her nieces, Paula Lee and Diana O'Connor.
