Marvin Rubinstein, age 85, of San Antonio, Texas died Tuesday, October 16, 2007. He was born in Dallas, Texas on December 2, 1921. Marvin was a member for many years at Westside Lions Club, Temple Beth-El and Hebrew Free Loan. He was a pioneer in the swimming pool industry and was a co-owner of Gulf Pool Equipment Company. Marvin was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He is survived by his wife, Lorraine Rubinstein; son, Michael Rubinstein; daughters, Dr. Louise Rubinstein, Elizabeth Stricof and husband, Alan; grandchildren, Franklin, Sonia and Deborah; and three great grandchildren.
