Marvin Lee Stacy, born in San Antonio, Texas, August 9, 1927, returned to Our Lord on Friday, February 25, 2005. Marvin served two tours of duty in the U.S. Navy during WWII and the Korean War. He worked in the accounting profession until he retired in 1987. He enjoyed the outdoors, working in his yard and on other household projects.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Nellie Stacy Glaeser; father, James Stacy, and sister, Joyce Walker. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather, and cherished spending time with his family. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Madeline Stacy; children, Sister Cynthia Stacy, CCVI, Barbara Lynch and husband Jay, Ron Stacy and wife Jill, Howard Stacy, Mark Stacy, and Greg Stacy.
He is also survived by five grandchildren, Kelly, Ashley, Camren, Matt and Lauren; sister, Violet McBride and husband Hugh; sister-in-law, Sister Agnesine Heinsch, I.W.B. S; brother-in-law, Archie Anz, Jr.; and many nieces and nephews.
