Mary Elizabeth Brown

Mary Elizabeth Brown passed away April 1, 2012, in San Antonio, TX. She was born as Mary Elizabeth McNeely to Harvey and Mary Tyna (Moore) McNeely on November 22, 1916, in Ft. Worth, TX. Mary attended school in Ft. Worth, TX. She maintained contact over the years with her many friends. She loved to work in her yard, planting beautiful plants and flowers. The family would like to extend thanks and appreciation to Dr. Gordon T. Hill, Mary's primary physician. We want to express our gratitude to Rachel Morrell, her loving caregiver and loyal companion. Mary was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 67 years, E.Y. Brown, Jr., Lt Col, USAF, Ret. She is survived by her son, Tim Brown and wife, Brenda; daughter Debbie Davidson and husband, Jim; five loving grandchildren, Brad Davidson and wife, Loretta, Kim Place and husband, Phillipe, Mark Davidson, Finley Campbell and husband, Gabe, Dylan Brown; four darling great-grandchildren, Scotlynn Davidson, Remy and Alex Place, Marissa Foxworth; one lovely great-great-granddaughter, Shea Stegent. The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., Wednesday, April 4, 2012, at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
