Mary B. Chrisman, 86, went home to the Lord on Wednesday, August 1, 2018 in San Antonio, Texas. She was born on November 30, 1931 in Commerce, Texas to Ralph and Mary Elizabeth McDonald. Mary attended public schools in Commerce, Texas and completed two years of college. Having lived in several cities, Mary eventually settled in San Antonio where she worked and eventually retired. Her passion was her grandchildren, her beloved cat, Missy and gardening. She was a lifelong member of the Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Steve Allen Taylor; and son-in-law, Louie Nickler. Mary is survived by son, Ronald Taylor (Delia); son, Gerald Taylor (Amelia); daughter, Glenna K. Taylor-Nickler; 7 grandchildren: Chris Taylor, Jeremy Taylor, Nathan Taylor, Robert Taylor, Angela Burke, Robert Willis, and Dimitri Willis; and 12 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 7:00pm to 9:00 pm., Friday, August 3, 2018 at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
