

Mary worked professionally as a dental assistant in both civilian dentistry and federal civil service, working at dental clinics on US Army post at Fort Campbell, Kentucky; Fort Sam Houston, Texas; and Bad Kreuznach, Germany.
She was an avid lover of history and enjoyed traveling throughout Europe and the United States. For a time, she also enjoyed creating her own jewelry and stained glass pieces which she sold at various stores in San Antonio and the San Antonio International Airport.
She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Colonel Donald Milman, US Army (Retired), and her four children: Charles Roger Huggins, Pamela Sue Huggins, Gary Alan Huggins, and James Louis Hentges. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 to 1:00 P.M., Thursday, March 9, 2017 at Porter Loring Mortuary North.

A committal service will be held on Monday, March 20, 2017 at 2:30 P.M. at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, 1520 Harry Wurzbach, San Antonio, TX 78209. The specific committal shelter where the service will be held has not yet been determined.
