To the Olivarez Family, My sincere condolences on your loss. Mrs. Olivarez was my 3rd grade teacher at St. James. I will always remember her smile, patience, and knowledge that she shared with all of her students.

I met Mary Louise at Curves. She made such a positive impact on me, and many of us there, with her upbeat, positive attitude and outlook. It was so uplifting to be around her! She was a joy! She was a true Catholic, Christian and she shared so much about her family and life. May she now rest in peace ~ My prayers are with you all.

To the Olivarez Family, 
I had the bitter-sweet pleasure of giving care to Mrs. Olivarez, while hospitalized. She was always with a special calming spirit. I will remember her and her very supporting and caring family. My job is never easy, but giving patients their dignity is. I would like to say, may you go with God, Mary...but, I know in my heart, He has been with you all along. My deepest sympathy to your family. And please take comfort that she is at eternal rest.

Dear Ignacio, 
I did not know about Mary until I had read the newspaper on Sunday night... and I was very upset to have heard about Mary. My husband,Paul,and I loved Mary and you too when we would sit with you two at the Saturday 5:00 PM Mass. We had not been to the Saturday mass for awhile now because we have been attending the Sunday 5:00PM mass with the teens. Please know that we loved Mary very much and that we will always remember her sweet smile and gentle spirit ... she did walk with Jesus ... and it showed by her actions. We will keep you and your family in our prayers and in our hearts.

I would like to express my sympathy to the family. I hope you are finding comfort in the time you spent with your dear loved one. Please find comfort in the hope expressed in the Bible at Revelation 21:3,4 where it tells us that mourning, pain, and death will be things of the past. Even Jesus confirms this promise at John 5:28,29 where he says that those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out. I hope you find comfort in this hope. I often sat next to Mary Louise in Bible study at Our Lady of Guadalupe. I was very impressed with her deep faith and I enjoyed her quick wit. She is now with God. My condolences to her family. She will be missed here on Earth. -- Pat Duginski
