Mary Elizabeth Platt

Elizabeth was a dedicated educator for 40 years at the Northeast Independent School District. Her passion was for students to excel in all their future endeavors. As a Director of Career and Technology she was a wonderful mentor to many.

Mrs. Platt was preceded in death by her father, Ersel Robison, mother, Sammie Robison, and her brother Leon Robison.

She is survived by her husband Charles Platt, brother, William Robison, son, Michael Platt, daughters Melanie McCarren and Leah Platt, as well as 7 grandchildren Ashley, Shelby, Drew, Samantha, Joseph, Shaun and Miah, and one great-granddaughter; and many other cherished family members.

The Visitation will be 5-7pm, Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at Sunset Funeral Home. The private family Graveside Service will be Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at the Sunset Memorial Park
