She was born May 30, 1927 in Blair, OK where she grew up. She graduated from Blair High School as Valedictorian.
She attended Oklahoma City University two years before entering nurses training at St. Anthony School of Nursing in Oklahoma City, OK graduating in the class of 1950 as a Registered Nurse in March in 1951.
Mary Jac married her husband, Robert H. "Bob" Reed in Fayetteville, North Carolina where Bob was serving his country after recall to the service. This union lasted till this date over 55 years.
She is survived by a daughter Cynthia; a son, Bruce and his wife, Joyce; three grandchildren, Joshua from San Antonio and Jared and Katlyn from Michigan. Mary Jac loved bridge and was renowned for her defensive play.
