My heart is sad for the loss of my childhood friend. We attended school together and would walk the five blocks to each others house. We spent one of our class reunions in a corner just talking and laughing with Sharon Mueller, Sandra Comeaux,Roy Rutledge and myself. I was a Boehme. May the Lord bless the family and give them peace in this difficult time. Blessings, Lucienne Boehme Traeger

My deepest condolences to the family of Mary Jane Spivey. Her time in the Emergency Management Office in San Antonio brought professionalism to her position with the office. Downtime from seminars and conferences found her warm, friendly and funny. My memories from our professional relationship will always be treasured.

Mrs. Spivey was one of my absolute favorite “moms” when growing up in Kirby. She was truly one of a kind with her beautiful personality. She was so funny, witty and always welcomed all of us kids with open arms. She had a warming smile and was always a pleasure to be around. Heaven has received a true angel! Thank you for so many years of laughter, support and wisdom so selflessly shared Mrs. Spivey. Tell Billy C. we miss him. 😘❤️ Sherry, Jody and all other members of the family, I am deeply sorry for your loss.
