Mary Lou Trueba, age 96, passed away on Monday, September 18, 2023, in San Antonio, Texas. Mary Lou was born on August 6, 1927, in Brownsville, Texas, to her parents Delores (Leal) and Norberto De La Rosa. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Henry Trueba, Sr.; and son, William (Bill) Trueba. Mary Lou is survived by her son, Henry Trueba, Jr. (Patty); daughter, Mary Alice Mullaney (Charlie); sister, Rosie Maza; brother, Felo de la Rosa; long-time friend Howard Godwin; 11 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and numerous other loving nieces and nephews, extended family members, and friends.
